Pan-Fried Chicken Breast with Vegetable Salad
Ingredients:
1 piece of chicken breast
1 head of lettuce
1 cucumber
1 tomato
Appropriate amount of olive oil
Appropriate amount of salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of honey
Appropriate amount of olive oil
Steps:
Wash the chicken breast and dry it with kitchen paper towels. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides.
Add appropriate amount of olive oil to a pan and heat it over medium fire. Put the chicken breast in the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Adjust the time appropriately according to the size and thickness of the chicken breast.
Place the fried chicken breast on a plate and cover it with foil. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This can make the chicken more juicy.
Meanwhile, cut the lettuce, cucumber and tomato into appropriately sized pieces and put them in a large bowl.
In a small cup, stir the lemon juice, red wine vinegar and honey evenly to make salad dressing.
Pour the salad dressing over the vegetables and stir gently to coat the vegetables evenly with the dressing.
Cut the rested chicken breast into thin slices and place them on the vegetable salad.
